I've Got Qualms and That's Okay
Today I am going deep! I talk about feeling rather despondent lately and the things that I do to change that negative thinking around. Think of this episode as a chat with a friend. I hope to provide some comfort to you with the fact that I, too, the (self-titled) No Qualm Queen has qualms. Watch some Gilmore Girls, drink a seltzer, apply eyeliner, and get back to being the Queen that you are! Don't forget to rate and review on iTunes and follow on Spotify!!

Allyship and the Fight For Criminal Justice w/ Tara Libert
Today we have none other than my aunt, Tara Libert, who also just so happens to be the co-founder of Free Minds Bookclub and Writing Workshop! We discuss the power poetry has to connect incarcerated people with those outside of the prison walls, the importance of using your voice to uplift those who are marginalized and often unheard, and we tell stories about some of the Free Minds members. I Shall Be The Loudest Woman This Town Has Ever Seen
T Swizzle did it again, folks! I am here to talk about no other than the Folklore album, and in particular, the song, "The Last Great American Dynasty" and the wonderful-ness of Rebekah Harkness.  I rant about the frustration I feel over society making women feel like they must dim their light, when that light is what makes "The Greats" so great. Stories of my own of people telling me I am too weird and must change my "crazy" personality around certain people are shared. This is a short but feisty episode that is sure to annoy the heck out of you ! Just kidding.... I think. Not only is this a promotion of Folklore, but it is also my attempt to encourage all my wonderful No Qualmers to keep giving no qualms and to cackle at the haterz!!

My Unsolicited Opinion on How to Accept Yourself
Sup peeps! I am back and babbling on about how to feel okay in the sausage casing that is our bodies. I give a brief summary of my own body ~journey~ (barf), from being “rollable” as a baby, according to my brothers, to being told that I'd be considered beautiful... if I lived in Russia. If you want to hear semi-okay advice on how to give #zerofux then listen on! I am so very grateful for all of your generous ears. Please rate and review on iTunes if you feel so compelled
