Each time I pass North 14th street, the frozen figures startle me as they change positions and clothes throughout the year; Following my need for answers as to why, and how these mannequins have remained for so long, I sent a letter to the family behind these strange lawn ornaments. This is a special short episode created as my gift to the Rhea family.
