Jane Stark & Jen Lang
Are you looking for more than a ‘surface’ conversation about topics like spirituality, the self-help industry, or health & wellbeing? Maybe you’re curious about exploring some of your own gifts or health challenges and want to know if others have experienced what you have. What about the intersection of entrepreneurship, family life, and self-care? Join Jen Lang and Jane Stark, two heart-centred business owners, as they explore the shadowed edges of life, the universe, and beyond through honest and thought-provoking conversations. No topic is off-limits and is approached with an open heart and mind, active listening, and compelling guests. We may not have all the answers, but we know that the way forward is through these vulnerable conversations. Listen in as we unite physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energies into a powerful show to lead, heal, and inspire you.
Own Your $h!t, Not Everyone Else’s
As humans, we are hardwired for connection. With this basic need for connection, subconsciously, we can become emotional sponges, where we absorb and take on other people’s stuff, energetically and emotionally. We start to identify their problems as ours and this is why we want to introduce the concept of setting energetic boundaries, to help ask the question, “Is this mine to carry?” Listen in as Jen and Jane personally connect with how they have taken on the unnecessary burden of processing their loved ones' stuff for them and how it isn't serving anyone. They discuss what it looks and feels like to have a Saviour complex with your friends and family and how you can get into the habit of always trying to fix things for other people. When we do this we are actually blocking others from learning how to fix or process their own stuff. When we take on our own stuff and others, emotions can get trapped in the body, which turns into dis-ease and chronic pain. Jen and Jane explain what an emotional release is and how to implement it into your life when things are starting to get overwhelming. When we are able to decipher what is our shit and what is others' shit, we can begin to heal and allow the other to do their own work. It also takes a huge weight off our shoulders.

Finding Calm During the Holidays
Acknowledgment, Celebration (or not), and Reality. Where are you at? This year has been a big one in so many ways: Big Emotions. Big Developments. Big Changes. Big Adjustments (or not). Just… well. Big. Listen in as Jen + Jane debate on what (if anything) to celebrate, how to acknowledge what this year has been, and some tools and tips to support you over the Holiday season. One of those tools is The Empowerment Playbook. If you haven’t already downloaded it, we encourage you to do that and set aside 20 minutes where you can move through some of the feelings you’re experiencing. It will support you with observing, noticing, and accepting where you’re at. It will help you articulate more clearly what you might be needing. Above all, we hope it will help bring you an opportunity for calm as we move through this.
