Grateful for this podcast and the people associated with it. We’ve needed these voices in the corporate world for a long time - love the transparency and candidness about the hiring process for neurodivergent individuals. Just because someone is neurodivergent, it doesn’t mean they aren’t right for a corporate culture or role - their brains are wired differently. That’s it!
