The heroes continue their way through the old fortified manor house as they look for the farmer and his family.We continue our play of the old school classic Temple of Elemental Evil, reimagined by Goodman Games for 5th edition.  We are using the 5e Hardmode rules to keep things spicy.

We introduce a new segment we call "Twilight Scribes."  In this and future episodes we will discuss gaming in its various aspects.   We'll try to keep each episode in at around an hour and make the futile attempt to stay as on-topic as possible.Today Bill and I will be discussing the Columbia Games Harn setting, and with a particular emphasis on the types of enemies / monsters a GM can throw at his group and stay within the spirit of the lore.   We'll try to stay system neutral, and gear the discussion towards GMs not yet experienced in the Harn setting.

Our Heroes finally manage to escape the temptations of spending all their coins on beer and jerky in the town of Tarnstead (..Homlet..) and go to the farm a league or so away to discover what happened to the nephew of the innkeeper and his family.This is the continuing playthrough of Temple of Elemental Evil, originally First Edition AD&D and reimagined by Goodman Games for 5e.
