Last weekend, Back Bay residents in Boston were left stunned when an organized group took to drag racing, wrong-way driving, and doing burnouts in the neighborhood streets. Coastal erosion has been a growing problem for some MA communities like Salisbury and Plum Island. This year, Salisbury Beach residents spent $600k out of pocket and trucked in 15,000 tons of sand for protective dunes only for half of it to be washed away in the last month.
