Linda Åkeson McGurk is the author of two books: There’s No Such Thing as Bad Weather: A Scandinavian Mom’s Secrets for Raising Healthy, Resilient, and Confident Kids and The Open-Air Life: Discover the Nordic Art of Friluftsliv and Embrace Nature Every Day. Linda is a Swedish American writer who passionately advocates for the Nordic outdoor tradition called friluftsliv.
