I’ve been huge fan since his first review of 101 Dalmatians at age 2.

Picture the beforetimes: you’re at your apartment with your friend who is a huge film buff, watching a movie, not social distancing. Just enjoying some media with someone who knows their stuff and loves movies. You’re drinking a few beers, having a great night in. That’s exactly where this podcast puts you. Listening to Nick’s Movie Corner while spending another quarantined night watching tv reminds you that we will get through this, and that some semblance of normality does remain out there. Be sure to pair up the episode to what you’re watching at the beginning of the episode. Some of the commentary, all of which feels off-the-cuff and truly genuine, had me laughing more than I have in a while, not to mention provided some great insights into the background of the movie. If you’re not careful, you’ll forget that Nick isn’t right there watching with you. I’ll be following this show with every new episode. 5/5
