Yesterday, I sent out a newsletter, and a few hours later was consumed with full-body anxiety over perceived imperfections and potential projections, like I was being visited by a ghost of my past self that carried a visceral terror of saying the wrong thing. It was wild! It's my belief that the body releases whatever it's been storing on our behalf in perfect time, so I'm here for it. We often want to do everything we can to avoid our own pain. But if we can surrender and let ourselves feel the true depth of what we’re already carrying inside of us, we free our bodies from the burden of continuing to carry it. It can be as simple as letting it dissolve into the greater field of our heartspace. If we can hold ourselves in the depths of our fear, we can hold ourselves equally in our bliss, realising that the pain/bliss polarity is a circle rather than a straight line.
