The Amatory Murder is an alternative rock project founded by singer/songwriter Christian Peppas (under the alias ‘Xian’) in Brooklyn, New York. The project started with just Xian, a guitar and some drum and synthesizer patches. Fast forward, and the current lineup includes drummer Scott Genovese, guitarist Christian “The Governor” Buckley and bassist Binx Noir. With their powers combined, The Amatory Murder is one of the most neurotic groups of people you'll ever meet. In fact, one of their albums is even called 'Neurotica'. 'Neurotic Creatures' is their attempt to capture the often hilarious conversations the band have regarding everything from music to pop culture to politics to food. No topic is off limits. Listeners can expect to hear anything including rambling stories from the road, prank phone calls, observations and mockery of current events to all out ball-busting of each other. Oh yeah, and the occasional special guest (should they wanna put up with any of this!).
