A blast from the past. In the early days of Dissidentklubben not everything found its way to the Substack page or the Youtube dito. This immensely important meeting with Glenn Diesen and Ola Tunander has only been posted on Rumble which was our main channel those days.Although it is more than two years ago when Ola and Glenn presented their analyses at our meeting in Stockholm they are still very much valid. A lot has changed in the Ukraine war with the increased drone war and more attacks on Russia proper and Russia has continuously slowly conquered more cities and ground in Donbas. And the money and weapon transactions to Ukraine have become even bigger. And also the new role the US has taken to the conflict in trying to make it a more solely European matter. Påståendena om folkmord i Xinjiang i Kina på uigurer saknar stöd; inga oberoende dokumenterade massmord och en positiv befolkningstillväxt som varit mer tillåtande för minoriteter. Anklagelserna framställs istället som ett politisk stratagem pådrivet av västerländsk bias och kortsiktiga geopolitiska intressen. “Natos nya Wunderwaffe” till sina ukrainska proxykrigare är mer missiler och fler drönare. Tanken är att missiler och drönare ensamma kommer att tvinga Ryssland att avsluta konflikten och ge upp. Ryssland skulle nämligen enligt Nato inte våga eskalera för att attackera Nato i gengäld. Mertz Laakso of Dissidentklubben talks to the ambassador of Cuba to Sweden, Mr Raúl Delgado Concepción. The situation in Cuba has not been this bad since the fall of Soviet Union in 1991. The blockade from USA drives the island into depression without oil to produce energy. Jeppe Søe, Marc Sanganee and Håkan Julander were parts in the 11 person delegation travelling in China from 1 June to 10:th invited by the Chinese Association for International Understanding. Søe is a liberal ex-parlamentarian from conservative-liberal party Venstre in Denmark and Sanganee is a communist working for the Danish weekly magazine Arbejderen. But when it comes to China, despite their different ideologies, they tend to agree a lot on how we should understand China and how much there are to gain to work closely with China.We also talk about “democracy”, prejudices and how to achieve a better future. And who is this “crazy lady” Håkan the Swede is referring to? It was a very ad lib conversation made under timely distress and technological difficulties. Håkan sends his deeply felt regrets to the crazy lady for calling her a crazy lady. Sorry. But what we all can agree on is that it is crazy to not follow China and be a part of the new world. Sami Suliman intervjuas aldrig i etablerad media (ett strålande undantag är FiB/Kulturfront nr 4-2025) men får här berätta om hur han hanterar de anklagelser om antisemitism han utsatts för samt ge sin uppfattning om Palestinas historia och dess framtid. Suliman arrangerar de Palestinademonstrationer i Stockholm som anordnas varje lördag. Han förklarar hur tacksam han är mot de artister och “kändisar” som vill och vågar göra sina röster hörda och resonerar vidare om det sorts förtryck som råder i Sverige som gör att människor inte vågar ta ställning mot Folkmordet. Att det paradoxalt nog råder mycket större frihet i Israel än i Sverige gällande kritik mot Israels brott.
