It is only when we discover the true value that we see the seriousness of our transgression and feel sorrow of heart.  When left in ignorance of the value of the vase, we are not truly sorry for the damage.  How do we experience godly sorrow that is necessary for repentance?

The story of Nathan's reproof of David concerning his sins related to Bethsheba.  Why was the Nathan's approach so effective to bring David to true repentance.  The good doctor takes time to carefully explain the disease to the patient so that he will appreciate the cure.

The root cause of sickness was dealt with at the cross.  God is not holding back anything from you.  If I believe Jesus is able to forgive all sins, then I must also believe that He is able to heal all sickness. My role is to receive not achieve. I can't do anything beyond what Jesus did to achieve my healing , because my healing has been paid for and released.  By His stripes I have been healed. Healing was already paid for and released at the cross.
