Hey friends! Thanks for checking out my channel. I'm Lana, I have a background in Nutritional Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Sound healing & other types of vibrational medicine. On here, I  frequently delve into topics surrounding Mind, Body, Soul stuff, sharing my own stories and experiences, lifting the lid on taboo subjects, helping anyone who feels alone and weird, feel not weird and connected.
