In this episode we embody the vibration of self-acceptance and love, so that we can lead our ancestors to accept this practice as well. We can be teachers to them, as often we judge our mistakes (they do as well). As they see us accept ourselves as we are, it shines a light to release self-judgement for the mistakes that they have made (and trauma that they have undergone). While we call on the ancestors to teach us new things, they call on us to heal the old. This practice helps exchange mutual respect and reverence to the ancestors.
