The show is fun. It's fun to listen to. They are obviously having fun. It's arranged in progression of knowledge. They make fun of themselves. They have a great time. Investments shouldn't even be this enjoyable. It's like, Duh! Why would I not listen??

I’m almost caught up with listening to season 1-3. So much great information. Loved season 4 opener! I had to take a hiatus from notes secondary to illness in my family shortly after I joined. A friend introduced me to the Naked Notes podcast with Jasmine and Natosha. Naked Notes is by far, my new FAVE real estate podcast! These ladies strip down complex real estate note investing concepts and discuss them in ways that even a layman can understand. I recently attended the Note Lab workshop in Los Angeles and thoroughly enjoyed connecting with liked-minded investors who understand that there are real people and sensitive situations behind every note and property. If you’ve ever been on any side of a real estate contract, you know that the devil is in the details of due diligence. During Note Lab, I LOVED that Jasmine and Natosha showed us how they perform their due diligence, and then turned us loose to work hands-on in groups to perform our own due diligence by reviewing sample documents. I have been interested in investing in notes for quite some time now and gone to several seminars on the subject. I saw Naked Notes podcast mentioned on an investing community I am part of so I gave it a listen. I started at the beginning went binge’ing through several episodes. They seemed like down to earth ladies I would connect with so I was excited to hear about their hands on mortgage note lab.
