Long-winded
Couldn’t get through the 3rd episode. Too many episodes devoted to introducing the podcast and how the host will be hosting it.

Deep, Messy, Beautiful.
My life fell apart a little bit for the last few years, and both of Stefani's podcasts have been instrumental in my quest for a future of health and meaning. "Naked Humanity" is the perfect companion for someone seeking to restore their faith in humanity, someone facing hard questions about science and spirituality, or someone yearning for a nuanced, balanced treatment of key modern issues. Thank you, Stefani, for being a beautiful, messy human on this great new podcast.

Optimistic and Insightful
Stefani does a great job tackling urgent issues including sex, loneliness, religion, technology, science, and democracy. She deals with issues that hit us both emotionally and intellectually, things we need to think about to make our lives better. She interviewed me for her episode on Spirituality without Religion, and I’m pleased to say she really asked insightful questions. This podcast does the kind of thinking that helps to heal our fragile and conflicted world.

Love this podcast!
I spend most of my podcast-listening time on health and wellness podcasts, and I listened to Stefani for years on the Well Fed Women Podcast. I started listening to this podcast and it has been such a refreshing change from my usual podcast listening habits. I’m absolutely loving the topics Stefani addresses, and her perspectives on the topics addressed are wonderful to listen to as they diverge in some ways from some of the more dominant voices in the field currently, especially with regard to religion. Thank you, Stefani, for starting this podcast, it is a hugely valuable addition to the podcast world!

Religion and philosophy for the 21st century
Stefani Ruper and her work are a breath of fresh air to someone like myself who is a decidedly non-traditionally religious, passionately philosophical person. Rather than settling for platitudes, whether for or against these topics, Ruper respectfully yet lucidly explores these subjects, unafraid to point out structural points of weakness, get always on the spirit of seeking a deeper grasp of our situation(s).
Very excited to see this podcast come back so strong as Naked Humanity. Episode 30 is already great and I can’t wait for more!

Everyone should listen!
I found Stefani a couple of years ago on the Well Fed Women podcast, and was immediately drawn to her thoughtful, research-based approach to questions about women's health. The Meaning of Everything podcast is a truly valuable one, and I highly recommend everyone give it a listen. Stefani's open-minded yet highly intellectual approach to philosophy, religion, and science is refreshing, and the variety of expert guests have given me many ideas and theories to discuss with friends. Thank you Stefani for creating such relevant and meaningful content!

Some well needed clarity (!)(!)(!)
Grateful to be able to take part of someone who have thought a lot about many important ideas and concepts. In the age of confusion and at the age of confusion; some well needed clarity.

Brilliant
Stefani is brilliant. I have adored her voice long before she blessed us with this podcast sharing her thoughts & knowledge about the big stuff. She speaks of uncomfortable topics with grace- she challenges the way you interpret the world & never fails to point out how much more complex everything you thought was so simple and concrete truly is.

Finally! A collection of intelligent, entertaining, and accessible conversations!
I'm not one to write podcast reviews, but I had to give a hearty cheer to Stefani for her courage and brilliance bringing this podcast into being. It's refreshing to hear lofty intellectual concepts applied to real world situations in an unpretentious way, and I've learned from the sometimes opposing viewpoints of the various guests. These are the thoughtful, openminded, and increasingly timely conversations I miss from academia!

Great Listen
I’m a big fan of Stefani’s first podcast “Well-fed Women” so I thought I would check out her new one and instantly clicked with this series as well! If her first podcast brought soul to food, this one is food for the soul! She is a master at bringing nuance to subjects that people love to take sides on and condensing complicated ideas into understandable bits. Even those who may not initially think they’re interested in philosophy, religion, etc., can find this podcast to be useful. Every episode has related age-old ideas to our current society, technology and what it means to be human. Easy to listen to yet also thought provoking. Can’t wait to see what topics she has coming out next, great job Stefani!

Stefani R. great new podcast on life and meaning
I have listened to Stefani and Noelle Tarr dish on the Well Fed Women podcast, formerly Paleo for Women, but I appreciate this different view of Stefani. She examines various content issues that spark debate and disgust and alignment in society today, and she attempts to provide some objective presentation of the issues to allow listeners to develop their own opinions and considerations. Then, ever so bravely, she also offers first hand accounts of her experiences with topics like why are we here, is there a God, her experience with celibacy, etc. She attempts to offer a smart approach to considering what many handle in a way that is often emotional and unthoughtful. Really enjoying it so far.—-Star

Never thought I’d be into a philosophy show
I never thought I’d be interested in learning about philosophy for fun, but this podcast is so interesting and accessible. It’s really fascinating to hear how different scholars view and study human behavior and the universe at large. Learning about different religious perspectives is very enlightening, and I hope it will make me a more compassionate and understanding person. I definitely recommend this podcast for those curious about philosophy and religion, even if like me, you don’t necessarily know that you’re curious about those topics.

Relatable, Understandable and Fascinating
This podcast is my new favorite. Stefani’s expertise in the field allows REAL professionals to share philosophical, thoughtful insights on existential questions that can keep me awake at night. A fascinating, modern approach to the understanding the meaning of everything
If we all stopped and thought to ourselves, “Why am I here? What is really the point of my existence?”, would this change our lives or mindsets? Stefani’s charming and eloquent podcast helps guide us through these challenging questions allowing a sense of comfort to stem from uncertainty - a difficult feat. In this tumultuous climate, “the Meaning of Everything” is my new favorite warm cup of tea.

This podcast is everything
It is clear how much hard work, dedicaiton, thoughtfulness, and passion goes into this podcast. It is open, honest, and something everyone can benefit from in some capacity. By encouraging people to tap into their own sense of meaning-making, this opens the door for deeper thinking and communication, which is much needed in our world today.

Phenomenal: Listen to grow in understanding of yourself and others
I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Stefani is a deep and insightful thinker who brings warmth and empathy to everything she does. Listen to this podcast if you want to reflect deeply on the world and our place in it - if you want to learn something about yourself, connection, and how we can be both grounded and suspended while asking questions and seeking understanding.

Gives me hope for the future
I loved her rants on WFW and am so thrilled she chose to share her thoughts on this mind opening podcast. She is a brilliant young person making profound contributions to the world by making us all think deeper, ask more questions and empathize rather than judge.

An Amazing Beginning
I’ve been listening to Stefani’s insights regarding fitness and nutrition for a few months now via the Well-Fed Women podcast and have come to admire her knowledge and perspective. Needless to say, I was super excited to hear that she was going to begin her own and that it would be created around deeper topics. I can definitely relate to her character and perspective on a lot of things, which meant checking it out was a definite must.
So far, The Meaning of Everything is definitely off to an amazing start. I highly recommend anyone to give this a listen - I have no doubt that you will find it to be time well-spent.
Also just a shout out... Thank you for all that you do Stefani! I certainly look forward to the content you have to come :)

I love Stefanie!
I first encountered Stefanie thru another podcast and immediately respected her for her ability to be honest but in a way that’s in your best interest. I love when people can discuss things without becoming angry offended or upset with one another but respect and love each other despite our differences. Information is power and the more we are willing to learn the more we grow! Loving this new podcast and all the new info I’m learning! Thanks Stefanie!

Great addition to my podcasts - Stef's honesty, curiosity, and clarity are the perfect compliment to these big, oftentimes unweidly questions. If you're up for an insightful, impassioned, and intelligent journey, I'd highly recommend checking this out!

So sad ...
When I think of Oxford, I think of my favorite author, CS Lewis and his writings, especially Mere Christianity. Perhaps you should give it a read...

This is guaranteed to be a thought-provoking and genuine podcast. p.s. Love the brain logo.

Brilliant bridge between the Academy and the populous
As a PhD candidate in English literature and an Ironman triathelete/health enthusiast, I’ve been a long-time admirer of Stephanie’s voice on the Well Fed Women podcast. I deeply appreciate the intelligence she brings to anything she talks about, be it nutrition, healthy lifestyle, or “the meaning of everything.” I am so very excited to listen to her elaborate on the human condition and the history of intellectual thought in this podcast! She follows in a long tradition that aims to “instruct and delight”, but it’s rare to find a 21st century thinker who truly synthesizes these two objectives. Stephanie is resisting the reductive and flashy nature of “pop science” but speaks with an incisiveness and joyful curiosity that appeals to the non-specialist. Deeply personal yet also intellectually rigorous, Stephanie embodies the bridge between the humanities and the sciences that she so cogently advocates. I can’t wait to hear more from her!

Excited!
I can’t wait for more episodes of this podcast to come out! Thank you for being so honest about difficult issues. My daughter is 10 and has been experiencing very similar anxieties since she was 4. She would stay up late crying and panicking in her bed because of it, particularly about death and the unknown. My husband has always been religious, I have not. I am looking forward to learning about different options and growing in my knowledge of different viewpoints. Stefani Ruper is always so honest, interesting, and passionate. I am so appreciative for the all of the different content she provides.
