Mijn naam is Sien Boonen en het viel me op hoeveel vrienden en jongeren om mij heen niet lekker in hun vel zitten. Ze voelen zich down, onzeker en weten niet goed wat ze willen. Hoe kan dit? Want zelf ervaar ik dit helemaal niet zo. Ik zie de toekomst vrij optimistisch, het komt allemaal wel goed, toch? Nachtzon is een vierdelige podcast over de quarter-life crisis, over het leven van de millennial dat soms heel chill is, maar soms ook helemaal niet. Mijn vrienden delen persoonlijke verhalen en vertellen over de (herkenbare) struggels in de zoektocht naar het vinden van balans.
