The narrator offers a glimpse into the various fairytales we've all heard with commentary we've probably said in our heads instead of out loud. There's a kindness edge when describing the many scars found in the world of fairyland.

I’ve been a huge fan of the old, darker versions of fairytales ever since I was probably a little bit too young to be reading them. Hearing them on this podcast has been so incredible and so nostalgic. I can’t recommend enough!

I came across this little gem of a podcast and was really impressed. Each episode tells a different classic fairy tale with some added twists and commentary. Love The Narrator’s little asides. Highly recommended!

I wanted to love this podcast but the narrator's voice and "spit noises" while she's speaking are far too distracting. I'm not sure why she doesn't edit herself to remove the endless clicking noises that are too distracting to focus on anything else. Also, I would appreciate if she could speak a little slower, I think she's nervous and that's making her talk too quickly. I find myself constantly having to pause and re-listen to what she said because she went too fast. I'm a fast talker myself but in a public speaking situation one needs to be aware of that and speak in a way that's able to be listened to.

The Narrator delivers these classic fairy tales with the sweetness of a Disney Princess. That is until these original fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm take their very grim turns. She then chimes in with her comedic and pointed commentary that makes us question the actions and motivations of these very familiar characters. A must listen for anyone who loves great stories and a great storyteller.

If you love old fairy tales, especially long forgotten and underrated ones, you need to check out this podcast. It’s like sitting down for story-time and I especially like to listen with a cup of tea! Definitely deserves a listen.
