We’re Therese and Kristel and welcome to our humble podcast, Myth and Memory. In our first episode, Kristel describes our podcast as “we talk about scary sh*t…and then we process it.” Yeah, we’re still working on our tagline, but this sounds pretty accurate. This podcast is more than just about spooky stories (but, let’s be real, that stuff is fun too), here we share our experiences with the spiritual world and how it intersects with our understanding of culture, mental health (Therese is a licensed therapist and spiritual coach, Kristel is in grad school to become a therapist), and our own personal narratives.
