In 2019 we met in basic military training. We quickly realized we both have a passion for teaching and helping others. The foundation of our frienship is based off of personal development, mental health, fitness & guiding eachother along the way. We wanted to create a place where others can come and do the same and thats how MyStep4Ward was born. Walk with us as we take a step in the right diretion.
2. Why routine and good habits are important
Both Lindsey and Lindsey discuss and ask eachother quetions on the importance of morning routines. Establishing a morning/night routine can be challenging at first but the positive impact it can have on every area of your life will make it worth it.
