I genuinely am always asked in some fashion or other to explain what hypnotherapy is and how or why it works...So here I am to give you a basic better visual imagery and auditory of how I could interpret it to you... Depending on the mood and mindset I would choose different ways... and so I don't think Ive ever answered this question with the same answer...  I have mixed and mashed in many ways an overview and introduction to...how to get your head around it so that we are using similar ingredients and are on the same page...
