How would you respond if someone you trust, used what you shared with them and hurt you? Our relationships with others are tender and we may not even know it. Sometimes we do things with the intention to hurt and other times we do things and aren’t aware of what we do. How do we move forward? If the connection is sacred, converse w/ that person and let them know how you feel or felt. If you can care less, move accordingly. At the same end of the day, our experiences and relationships help us learn and grow. I don’t know if anyone ever said wisdom comes easy but in order to gain it, we have to know.💜 Walk Proud Yal!
