Social media is the new kid on the block when it comes to stealing our attention. As many other creators on the platform, I have followed their footsteps and got rid of facebook, snapchat, youtube, instagram, linkedIn and even netflix for 30 days. (There are a lot right..) The first 2 weeks were hard but the end results were priceless. I saw myself regain the ability to direct my focus and attention on one thing, creating. But more on that in the podcast. Enjoy!
