Judge Dominique Collins was first elected to the bench in 2012, and previously was a Dallas County District Attorney and member of the US Air Force. She has specifically focused on organized crime, intake/grand jury, the mental health and competency division, the Dallas County Veteran's Court (which gives justice-involved veterans who complete PTSD treatment an opportunity to have their cases dismissed and expunged) and breaking the cycle of recidivism through treatment, housing and employment opportunities.

Co-host Dan Spiffy Neuman is a guitarist, organist, minister, and musical director from Madison WI. Dan was raised and mentored by activists and civil rights leaders, and does not know how to shut up about the issues he cares about.

Co-host Michael Bland was Prince's drummer from 1989 on (perhaps best known for the iconic Diamonds and Pearls drum solo) and has been a member of Soul Asylum for 15 years. He toured or did session work with Chaka Khan, Maxwell, The Jonas Brothers/Nick Jonas, Mandy Moore, Demi Lovato, George Benson, and many many others. He is also a loud voice for social and political issues in Minneapolis.
