I can’t stop listening to this podcast for reviews and interviews.🤩 Zach and Sloane are so personable and hilarious. It’s like hanging out with your favorite smutty, funny friends. They joke about low-level stuff but also hit the truth of what’s going wrong or well on a show. Like they get the art of storytelling but also the importance of horny eye candy. The best!

Try not to laugh. Currently on a plane listening to the 101 Dalmatians ep and wow, I’m trying not to cry. People think I’m strange. You guys are deranged (complementary). I love you Sloane & Zach! This show makes me so happy!

sloane and zach are iconic, deranged, filthy, and deeply unhinged. none of us are here for the movies. they are also the thing that soothes my nervous system more than honestly anything, and that is upsetting.

I came to this podcast from I Am the Cute One for the Titanic crossover. I listened to a few before the Titanic one to get the vibe-so so funny-I can’t wait to catch up on their other episodes!

This show will make you do that evil cackle laugh that only comes out when a friend says something raunchy, kinda dark, and taboo. It’s okay if you’ve never seen the show or movie they’re discussing, because there’s lots of rabbit holes and side tangents. If you’re queer, have ADHD, or did high school theater/choir, you’ve found your people. ~welcome!~

If you want to hear Sloane’s screeching vocal fry for an hour, this is your show. I also wish these two would stick with discussing 90’s and Y2K movies they advertise and not these niche television shows most listeners don’t watch and/or care for. I also skip shows with guests because those are just horrible. Fix the vocal fry, stick to the show’s premise, and no more guests. Please and thank you.

Be careful if you listen at work because you will be crying laughing at your desk and then someone will ask you what it’s about and the explanation you have to provide is often embarrassing and shameful.

I came for our love for the mummy, stayed for the Taco Bell diarrhea on a pontoon boat( you’ll have to find the episode to know what I’m talking about lol). Man Sloan and Zach have me laughing every time. They never disappoint with their wit, humor and banter so freakin hilarious! You never know what youre going to get out of these two. I Really enjoy it from the intro music to the outro snippets of the film/song/quote . I mean who else can say they are Frances 190th favorite comedy podcast??

These two are just the best. I can listen to them and feel as though I’m hanging out with best friends. They are so funny and quick witted. I enjoy how they talk about whatever movie or show they’re reviewing with some facts but then their own hijinks ensue. And I am here for it! Please keep up your hijinks! I haven’t watched every single thing they talk about but I don’t even need because they are so entertaining! Love them!

I’m normally a true crime girlie, but I follow Sloane’s Instagram full of hilarious memes and had to listen to this podcast. This is my favorite podcast by far! I literally quote parts of this to my husband and try so hard not to pee my pants laughing. I love the banter that Zach and Sloane have. It truly feels like you are sitting with them chatting and laughing. Never stop this podcast!!♥️♥️

I cannot believe this podcast hasn’t blown up yet. It is so funny and feels like chatting with your two funniest friends. The Batman and Robin episode is what absolutely sold me and I still listen whenever I need a good laugh. While most my podcasts consists of true crime, I’m so happy whenever there is a new episode from these two and it’s the only podcast I’ve subscribed to on Patreon. When Zach busts out with a “caught a vibe” I lose it every time. The comedic timing, nostalgia, and vulnerability from the hosts makes this podcast a true gem.

I would literally start paying money (again - I keep quitting the Patreon because I refuse to just pay for something I hate more than I hate myself) if the Balducci’s bit replaces Sloane telling us about how hard her life is - respect your struggle though, Sloaneeyyyyy.

This is hands-down my favorite podcast I just keep listening to them over and over.

The definition of great banter.

I just discovered this podcast last month and I’m embarrassed and ashamed that I didn’t know about it sooner. I’ve binged on so many episodes recently and I swear to you, it’s one of the best podcasts. Not only are the hosts hilarious, but they review all of the movies that we all secretly (and not secretly) love. I live for this podcast now and I recommend it to everyone.

One of my top podcasts. I haven’t seen a lot the movies, but I listen anyway. That’s how good their dynamic is. Just feels like listening to two (hysterical) friends talking. Also, Sloane is definitely a lady crush, a fellow Scorpio, AND she got me to finally stop using St Ives scrub with her commentary on the pod. What else could you want?

This show makes me laugh out loud and cry out loud with overwhelming nostalgia for movies I sometimes thought I was a lone fan of (turns out my friends are just uncultured). The commentary is exactly what I’m thinking but would probably never say out loud - refreshing! Big Camille Grammer but-now-we-said-it vibes. I live for tangents about Rex. I long for a sad Victorian orphan winter. I dream of the day we get one of these eps about National Treasure. Love you both so much. Truly highly recommend. Besos 💋

This podcast is incredible - it’s like being able to eavesdrop on the coolest, most interesting people at a party for 1-2 hours (yes, it often lasts longer than the actual movie) but it flies by. You never know what tangents they will go off on and that’s the magic. This podcast made me literally LOL on a crowded plane which probably made me sound unstable. If I could lodge any constructive criticism, it’s: - I don’t like the occasional guests. It messes with the formula of just Sloane and Zach and it just doesn’t feel as good. - Whenever something visual is mentioned, we need to see a copy. It should be a crime that we can’t see Paul at the beach or Zach’s horse legs. I am a diehard fan and hope they keep making this for years to come!

I’ve been listening to Mummy Dearest since the week they debuted, and I’m here to tell you: it’s wonderful. If you are looking for current and nostalgic pop cultural references, inappropriate conversation, and occasional conversation about 90’s/00’s movies, then this is the podcast for you! Zach and Sloane make Mondays worth waking up for. Only complaint is that we need to hear MORE stories about Zach’s summers at the cape. ¨̮

Did I actually want an in-depth review of these movies? Maybe at some point, but after listening to Zach & Sloan rant and go off the rails in multiple podcasts I realized I don’t need it! I honestly can’t stop laughing every time I hear one of their episodes and how it usually ends up having nothing to do with the movie itself. They’re at their best when it’s just them two, just talking. What started as my love for the mummy movie has veered into my love for mummy dearest podcast.

Zach and Sloane have made me spit out my breakfast multiple times and that’s a compliment!

I never thought I would find an entire podcast dedicated to one of my all time favorite films. The appreciation, detail and analysis and breakdown they have it just feels like they are reading my mind! I adore these two the charisma and the jokes. Honestly, one of the best podcasts out there when it comes to movies from best era! They just get it! Love love love! Don’t ever stop!

Sloan and Zach are the greatest hosts ever! The movies they cover and their analysis is ON POINT! I especially love the stories about Rex and times at the Cape 😂😂😂 (queue Sloan getting jelly at Zachs’ childhood at the cape… haha!) A MUST FOR ALL MILLENNIALS DEALING WITH A THIRD LIFE CRISIS!!!

I was stuck at home with a newborn, depressed and overweight, so I bought a jogging stroller threw my kid in it and starting walking. I decided to search up podcasts to entertain myself while I walked. Don’t ask me how I found MUMMY DEAREST. The first episode I heard was Cruel Intentions…that day I walked 6 miles! Broke records because I didn’t want to stop listening. Since then…I’ve lost 30lbs. I wake up and look forward to my morning run thanks to your sarcastic ranting about everything but the movie HAHAHA! Who knew your podcast would be such a positive life coach in my life. With that being said…PLEASE TALK ABOUT MOVIES I CAN FIND. Still trying to score Showgirls like alcohol during prohibition lol
