"Junior" was a serial killer who commited at least 9 murders in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Described by the media as a "loser in life and in death", Junior's petty crimes turned more violent after being involved in an industrial accident which caused a significant head injury. Pierce was featured in Season 2 of Mind Hunter on Netflix.
