This morning was the end of Stage 4 of the 2023 Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia. Dakar coverage is very hard to come by and I want to invite more people to follow the race because it's such an amazing spectacle, so Mark Scherrens and talk about how 2023 Rally is unfolding, how it differs from prior years, how the rules and new competitors are shaking up the event, rally highlights, who to watch and what we expect to see going forward.
