Cason is down to earth, honest and just flat out relatable! She shares the good, the bad and the in between of motherhood and navigating yourself emotionally, mentally and physically during the seasons of being a tired mom. Definitely recommend!

Im an avid podcast listener as a sahm with 2 toddlers and older children as well- it keeps me sane during all the dropoff drives and endless laundry folding. I keep fnding myself listening to Cason over the more popular ones (like dear media) because they’re simply relatable and deep. Its not a bunch of influencers talking about morning routines while im literally on the floor by the front door just trying to get everyone’s shoes on. Its a great balance of realistic motherhood and inspirational faith based ministry to mothers- no mommy wine culture resentment OR toxic positivity here. Thanks Cason!

I have listened to a few of Cason’s episodes and each episode felt like a conversation with a friend. She is so relatable, honest, and encouraging. My main goal this year is to focus on my relationship with Christ, so I am making decisions to reach that goal. This podcast has encouraged me in those few minutes while emptying the dishwasher, doing laundry, and other tasks around the home. I highly recommend this for any woman and have shared with many friends already.

This year I wanted to be more intentional about taking time to set aside to help foster my relationship with the Lord. This podcast has been amazing as I connect to it in the mornings as I drop my kids off at school. It has been such an uplifting thing for me and I’ve listened only listened to two episodes! I This is so relatable to moms and even just women in general. I find myself in such a hard season right now with my kids, being younger, working full-time and trying to balance all the things of life. It just is so helpful to know that there is someone else battling too.

I searched almost a year, trying to find a podcast that would resonate with my current situation. I finally found it ! She speaks about motherhood from a true Christian perspective but sooo incredibly practical! I look forward, everyday, to listen to this podcast. I am binge listening to the previous messages! These messages are truly life changing! I have a 20 month old and a 3 month old. Let’s not forget my 19 year old! I am trying to do “All the Things!”And going through Postpartum!
