mark when I say "refer you to 'him' in prayer", I am obviously talking about going to God in prayer. Not Paul. But the way I worded it sounds kind of confusing. At 13:50 mark when I'm discussing the Proverbs 31 woman, I want to add that while yes, she is a woman of trade, with her own business dealings, I absolutely do not think there is anything wrong with being a "stay at home mom". I don't think this passage is telling us that we have to be a "mompreneur" but from the reading we can take away that she was. There is absolutely purpose to be walked out as stay at home mamas and listening back I don’t feel I did a good job of explaining that! I apologize. As always I want to encourage you to go straight to scripture to see what God shows YOU about this passage!***Let's connect on Instagram here!Join our online community here.Follow on Pinterest here!

Each week we will talk about a topic on how to love YOURSELF well. And what better topic to kick off this series than the ever popular "self care". We've all heard it said, "self care isn't selfish", but do we actually believe that we're worth making ourselves a priority? And if so, HOW do we actually do that?Today we're talking about all things self care as moms who often feel stretched too thin and prioritize ourselves last. We've all heard about it and pretty much know what it is. But have we lost sight of the importance of actually living it out in our lives as busy moms? Is there a spiritual significance for the Christian mom? It's easy to hear about something so many times that we eventually aren't even phased - it goes in one ear and out the other. But, today I want to discuss what self care actually is, how you can practically make more time for yourself within your week, and why it matters as a mama of faith.PLEASE NOTE **  At the 9:10 mark when I say "refer you to 'him' in prayer", I am obviously talking about going to God in prayer.
