HOT MESS MOM Culture -- Have you ever referred to yourself as a hot mess? I think most of us have called ourselves a "hot mess express" at some point or another. This phrase isn't anything new. It's actually been around for a couple hundred years. Today I'm giving my opinion and stance on this somewhat controversial term. Here's the deal - regardless of where this finds you, the words you speak to yourself hold power. And research shows that your brain will look for and find evidence of what you look for.
