Justice Warby struck out other complaints in Markle’s original charges against the Mail on Sunday. Moving forward it will come down to Reasonable Expectations of privacy for Meghan VS Freedom of Expression for the Mail on Sunday ie: (Associated Newspapers) They could have appealed and Meghan was said to have declined. Well it’s been exactly one week since the Pre-trial Hearing held on Microsoft Team App between Meghan’s Lawyer and the Defense team representing the Mail on Sunday for the publication of the letter Meghan wrote to her Father and that she is trying to get 7 other articles accepted into the case from them trying to show they were trying on purpose to make her family look bad to the public. Also the names of the witnesses that supposedly leaked info of the letter to People Magazine. We don’t know who those people are; but they would have to give dispositions to the court as to whether or not Meghan asked them to release this info and how they got parts of the letter in the first place. The Justice said he would try to have this resolved within a week. We heard the possible date for the hearing would be Feb. 2021; but that could change. Stay tuned.
