You Gotta Do More Episodes
Love and miss the show

Very good story telling
I like everything except the music. It can be distracting or loud at times and it competes too much with the spoken words.

Taaron--please make more episodes!! Velvet voice at slow pace is the perfect contrast with topic
I could listen to this guy read the dictionary but I am also interested in cases of unsolved crimes. He does the research, uses a concise script, all my favorite traits. Sit back, relax & enjoy the mysteries.

Good!
It reminds me of Lore. I like hearing the stories from a different country.

*LOVE* this series! MUST UPDATE!!
I binge-listened to this entire podcast in two nights - it just hooked me and won't let go. BUT, there have been no new episodes in some 7 months, and it's really too bad. A high-quality, griping, and fascinating set of true crime stories, well-presented and some (all?) of these are goose-flesh-raising, bump-in-the-night presentations.
Come back, come back, wherever you are!!

A Much Welcomed Addition...
...to the 'haunted history' genre.
(Update 8-3-16: Taaron Gorbahn's webpage announces that Series Two is in production, so hopefully new episodes will start showing up later this year!)
Not only is there no Gang of Hosts, all out-shouting each other with wry comments and Wikipedia notes, but there aren't any folks with long stories (recited in monotone), told through a fast food drive-thru speaker.
What there IS is an adept narrator who tells his stories with good creepy atmosphere and focus. Episodes are not only just the right length, but they're also perfect companions to a late night thunderstorm ( like the one we're having here in Tucson right now!)
Good bloody job guys... Hope this show continues for a long time to come... It's a great escape from the REAL horrors going on in the outside world this year.

Fantastic
Just found this podcast and I absolutely love it. Very unique. Very haunting. Just a straight gut punch of true crime. And I mean that in a good way. I suggest everyone give this one a listen.
Also, to address the Aaron Mahnke wannabe comment. I find that a) completely unnecessary and b) untrue. This is not Lore. People like Lore and put it on a pedestal due to the fact that a limelight was shone upon it. I would not compare the two. They're both great in their own ways and slight similarities, which is bound to happen because of the nature of the topics, does not take from one or the other.
Keep going. Great work. I look forward to more.
