Alyssa Miller, CFP®, CDFA®, CDC®,CLTC® is a mother of two and has been working for the family practice, Feldmeyer Financial Group since the age of 15. In this episode I speak with Mihaela Kawinska, the COO and Co-Founder of BloomCoding. BloomCoding provides digital education for children to teach them problem solving and how to write code. Mihaela and I talk her journey to BloomCoding, moving abroad from her home country of Moldova, motherhood and the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 

In this episode I speak with Nancy Teegarden, the Controller for Finix, a payments processing startup. We talk about her progression through external audit with Deloitte to advising public companies and ultimately bringing financial structure to Finix. Nancy is a fellow Kappa Delta Alumna and a resident of the Greater Cincinnati area. She shares with me how she balanced those early years of motherhood and the importance of her village.

Melanie talks leaving Corporate America after 15 years to start her own business and live in her purpose.  Melanie now helps other moms who've left their 9-5, to design their brand and package their website so they can convert browsers into buyers.
