Whew, we were approaching a month and I couldn't let that happen. But seriously, I hate how powerful my thoughts are at times. It's a battle often for me to get out of my head, to stop thinking more of a situation then it really is. AND AGAIN, it's always something.

I honestly enjoy this life of mine that I've been creating. Again during the journey of change and growth nothing is ever easy but I still try to put my best foot forward on most days. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's the last episode I recorded for the year 2023. I wanted to touch on the importance of changing the way we view some people who are struggling with changing their lives. Find ways to motivate those who you love because it's easy to judge situations you don't understand. TWO things can be true but it's just a matter of how you present it.

This for sure wasn't a short episode at all lol. But rushing the process sometimes has me missing some valuable moments within my life. I figured that if my strategy of moving quickly wasn't helping me reach my overall goals then I had to reevaluate the strategy COMPLETELY.

Growing is hard more so of the fact that it consist of you identifying the many things you have to step more into. For me that would definitely be fully enjoying the women I seen in the mirror daily. To enjoy my full lips, hips, blemishes that clearly only I can manage lol. That has been hard to say the least but I'm growing and I finally love me and the many different things that make me beautiful from the inside on out. But anyways, I hope you enjoy this episode as much as me and I hope you continue on this journey with me ❤️.

Today is November 1st and its the day I actually recorded my introduction to this podcast. Something with today showed me that the time was now, like I kept receiving all of the signs on being confident in the things you do and to not allow the enemy to win when it's time to step out on faith.
