On today’s episode we will be talking a little about societal norms that cause stress on moms. We are also excited to have our first guest on the show, Michelle. Michelle is a lawyer and new mom who will be sharing her birth story with us. We want to bring awareness to the fact that patients have a very important say, if not the most important say, in their medical treatment and that it should no longer be “taboo” to speak up for yourself and make your own medically informed decisions.
