This was my presentation for my grad school project on implementing meditation for nurses!

Sound Meditation Philosophy

Hello and welcome to Moksha — a place designed to help you go within, contemplate and meditate. These holistic healing offerings allow you to slow down and take care of your holistic Self: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe we are our own best teachers and healers, and healing is an innate power that each of holds within. Sometimes we just need to remember to get quiet, listen to our intuition, and create a life where you are truly sovereign being your authentic Self. My prayer is that these offerings spark a light within that lead you to a deeper path of healing.
