MDOT with Greg Cooney
Greg Cooney is not only my cousin, he is a suicide survivor who lost is father when he was 16 years old. He struggled with alcohol and drugs for many years and was in and out of jails and psych wards. He has since gotten sober, and I had the pleasure of having him on to share his story.  Greg is a great follow on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gregoryecooney/

MDOT with Corey Jacobson
Corey Jacobson is the current board president of CR Pride in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. CR Pride's mission: "To create opportunities for awareness, inclusivity and visibility of LGBTQIA+ individuals within our community."  Corey and I discussed the community as a whole, his coming out story as a cisgender gay male. The importance of community was at the forefront of our conversation. Corey wanted to make sure everyone is aware that the LGBTQ community deals with the same problems everyone else does, and how important inclusion is. We also discussed Corey's personal struggles with his body image (body dysmorphia) and his current relationship with his body. MDOT with Kim Martin (QC Fuel)
Had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Kim Martin who is the owner of QC Fuel in the Quad Cities. She is also a certified Health and Life coach as of recently, so we made sure to dig into that in addition to being a small business owner during the pandemic. Kim is a very driven person who wants to inspire others (especially women) to be the best versions of themselves. We could have talked forever.
