I love the podcast. It is very helpful and informant. However, I wish the episodes came out more often. I listened to it in two days and want to keep listening, but can’t. Great show! 👍 😊

For whatever reason. I tunes unsubscribed me to this podcast & now when I try to subscribe. The subscribe option does not work.

The show is not varied enough. Too much DCC decoder installation talk. Needs more scenery, track and reviews of items other than decoders.

I would listen but the host is childish and annoying. Not worth my time. Let me know when you do something about that.

The model train info is great but hearing the host self grandize 20 times a podcast gets old real fast.

In my original review I said "Tight, focused, interesting topics, manageable length” I must have confused shows or clicked the wrong title. I just listened to another Model Railroad Hobbyist podcast and it was anything, but what I wrote. As a former radio broadcaster, I had to grit my teeth at all the extraneous talk…inside jokes, asides, off topic comments…someone needs to edit the podcast after it’s recorded. Also it would help to identify the speakers from time to time. And it’s way too long.

Always enjoy listening to the show. However, found this one especially interesting. Enough so to get me to leave a comment. Interview w/ ESU's Matt Herman provides some great info on general DCC sound and ESU products in particular. One nugget was the idea to NOT standardize on a particular brand of sound decoder! Not every full size model of engine sounds the same why should our models. Looking forward to adding an ESU decoder to my stable of ALCO engines!

There is a recurring audio problem on these podcasts, whereby the host's audio is much louder than the call-in guest. It makes it practically impossible to listen to, which is too bad since I am often very interested in what the topic may be. I thought it was an issue with just one or two podcasts, but it continues to happen, even with the latest one whereby the guest calls in to discuss his experience with Paul Allen. You can hear the host fine, but not the guest. There is little excuse for these ongoing technical issues. Please fix this issue - I give 3 stars because of technical issues, not content.
