We all have heard the old saying "sweep around your own front porch before you come to mine" or "if you live in a glass house, you shouldn't throw stones". In short these sayings tell us that we must fix our own issues before we begin the pursuit of fixing the issues of others. This episode discusses how the Black women is the most undervalued and most disrespected individuals not only in this country but also amongst our own. 

We all know the controversy of the 'n' word, depending on the ending, the intent can be changed.  In an attempt to take lemons and make lemonade, the 'n' word is used by some in the Black community as a term of endearment. In the same vain, we know that Black women have been objectified and sexualized for centuries. Today celebrities attempt to take that which has historically had negative connotations and have attempted to turn this hypersexuality into women's empowerment.  Let's talk about it on M.O.B.B Talk.

The cancel culture is a social media phenomenon that can take a single mistake and turn it into a life altering event.  The expectation of perfection and to never fail is a difficult standard to live up to.  Although the cancel culture is usually associated with celebrities, the cancel culture is impacting our children in detrimental ways.
