I was disappointed after hearing the episode with Gary Dawson when he made the comment that sellers shouldn’t be using the excuse of COVID-19 for shipping delays and we shouldn’t be making this “excuse”. It is clearly not small business owners at fault for shipping delays and it is hurting them badly. Comments like that add to the problem. There is a postal service crisis and it would have been a good time to talk about it and how it is hurting small businesses instead of scolding them for telling their customers what is going on.
