In part two of the topic of Spiritual Formation Ross and Donna speak with Caoimhe Lynch and Brian Hickey as they share stories of their experiences working with young people.
In the past Caoimhe has worked as an English and Religion teacher, but now serves as the chaplain in Trinity Comprehensive in Ballymun. In 2024 Caoimhe also set up an organisation called The Lighthouse Project in the same community, whose mission is to 'light a spark in poeple' by nurture hope, creativity, and resilience.
Brian Hickey is the Methodist Chaplain to UCD and TCD. He has worked with students and young adults for the past 4 years. In his spare time, Brian is a long suffering Liverpool FC supporter. He likes to believe it builds character.

Lucy, originally hails from Belfast but now lives in Dublin with her husband Ross and 3 daughters. She is co-leads a church community and serves as National Director of 24/7 Prayer Ireland. She is passionate about seeing young leaders equipped and especially seeing young women released to lead in the church in Ireland. Lucy also serves on the board of Tearfund Ireland and has a post grad in Theology.

In Part Two of the discussion on Imagination and Creativity Simon and Ross speak with Lezanne Snyman, a visual artist who works with Scripture Union Ireland. The discussion continues with how we can empower our youth to creatively engage with their neighbours in an imaginative and creative ways that are unique to the individual.
Lezanne is from the West of Ireland but lives in Dublin as a visual artist and writer who loves exploring the links between faith and everyday life. She spent five years in Oregon, USA, serving as a missionary, where she designed and directed Biblical Literacy programs and led teams on overseas missions to teach the Bible across cultures. Lezanne now works with Scripture Union Ireland as the Bible Engagement Coordinator where she’s passionate about helping people encounter Scripture in imaginative and meaningful ways.

Iona is interested in justice, peace and reconciliation. Luke is involved in the Youth Department for the Church of Ireland and before that, he was a School Chaplain for four years. Join the discussion as the guys discuss what mission means in the contemporary context and what it means for the young people of today.
Luke works for the Church of Ireland Youth Department developing Youth Ministry in the Republic of Ireland. For the last 18 months he has visited Churches, Schools, Synods and the National Ploughing Championships meeting young people and youth leaders. Before that, he was a School Chaplain for four years in Westmeath. He is married to Esther and they have one daughter.
