You all know there are those moments in life when you just say or think, “what the f*ck? is this really happening?” Trust me, we’ve all been there and of course the crap that happens to me is the stuff I just can’t make up 🤦‍♀️

i dive into loss/grief. -Denial - Anger - Bargaining- Depression - and Acceptance. This relates to those who have passed away, have left our lives but still living, as well as how we lose ourselves to come a better person.
