4. Breast Reduction Story Part 2
In this episode, Miranda goes into all of the details that were not touched in part one of her breast reduction story. Miranda answers these questions in the categories of questions about the procedure/surgeon, before the surgery, after the surgery, the recovery timeline and how she feels now. Some of these questions include how she picked her surgeon, how she felt when she saw her new breasts for the first time and how long it took for her scars to heal fully.  Miranda doesn't hide the fact that she was terrified when she first saw her body and how fearful she was about how others would react, despite having made the decision 100% for herself. Tune in to see how this procedure impacted Miranda's mental and physical health and what her current perception on this part of her body is.  Please subscribe to and rate the podcast :) <3  Instagram: @Mirandasw0rld --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/mirandasw0rld/support

3. Breast Reduction Story Part 1
In June 2019, I got a breast reduction surgery and after talking about that on the previous episode, I decided to share more on the process. Since there’s so much that goes into this topic, I have split the episode into two parts. In this episode, I spill the tea on how guys reacted to me posting on socials about the breast reduction, the process of finding a surgeon, how I got my surgery covered by insurance & the feelings I had leading up to the surgery. This was a life changing procedure and I'm glad to help inform you all by sharing my own experience. I hope this clears up any questions you may have on the procedure and helps you feel less alone in the process of figuring out if it is the right pick for you. Enjoy!! 2. Body Image
In this episode, I discuss the topic of body image. I touch on my personal journey dealing with my own body image, and how it has evolved over the years. My experiences include being faced with comparison, the transition from being an athlete to a typical college student, my life-altering breast reduction and the realization that I needed to shift the way I perceived and talked about my body. Toward the end of the episode, I give some tactics I’ve found effective in creating a better relationship with my body, then I ask you to personally reflect on the relationship you have with yours. Join me as I reflect on my own journey and create a plan to help move forward into a healthier future :) Instagram: @mirandasw0rld  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/mirandasw0rld/support

1. All Things Post Grad
After graduating college and moving back home, I came to the realization that college life was nothing like the "adult world" that I had just joined. Half of this struggle was feeling like I was the only that had no clue what I was doing. What did I do wrong? Should I have done something different in college? Turns out, most other people in my situation felt a similar way and the thing we agreed on the most was that we wish someone had clued us in.  In this episode, you'll hear all about the discoveries I made during this transition into a new (major might I had) phase of life. I never felt more confused during this time but now I finally feel like I'm on a sturdy enough ground to warn the ones coming after me. And just as important, makes the ones that are in the same phase as me feel less alone.  In this episode, you'll get a glimpse into what motivated me to make this podcast and what you can expect in the upcoming episodes. I'm so excited to have you along with me on this journey. Thanks for listening!! Instagram: @mirandasw0rld --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/mirandasw0rld/support
