Morning Briefing: Artemis Gold to Acquire Vista Gold in a $427 M Deal

Artemis Gold agreed to acquire all of Vista Gold in an all share deal of US$427 million and a 29% premium to the 20-day weighted average to Vista. Vista is the owner of the Mt Todd gold project in Australia's Northern Territory. Collective Mining reported strong copper and tungsten recoveries at Apollo. Heliostar said its Ana Paula feasibility study is 34% complete. Kingfisher Metals hit 8.8 m of 38.50 g/t AuEq at HWY 37. Koryx Copper agreed to lift its Zambian ownership to 80%. Radisson Mining returned 68.24 g/t gold over 6.2 m at O'Brien. Artemis Gold agreed to acquire Vista Gold for about US$427 million. Galleon Gold started underground development at West Cache. Argenta Silver reported up to 96% silver recovery at El Quevar.
