How to pick yourself back up when something doesn’t go the way you planned.

2018 was the hardest year I have ever had in business.  This is the year that my first company, TriggerPoint, was weeks away from being acquired by a dream company who I thought would be perfect to help us reach our vision for the research industry.  Months later after a massive investment of time, money and emotion, the deal fell through leaving me, my colleagues and my family in emotional and financial turmoil for months to come.  But in that journey, I learned a great deal about how to pick myself up from life’s disappointments.
