Welcome back MTMers! Today we are joined by your new co-host, Sarah ElBarbary! Sarah is a life coach and personal trainer. I know you will find so much value in her perspective on all things mindset and manifestation. We get into all sorts of things: noticing judgment in everyday life, who we deal with it (or don't???), triggers, the shadow, speaking our mind, and the tests we're presented with daily in NYC.
