This guided meditation episode of AUM explores the invocation of the divine masculine trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara within the ether of body. To be in union with this divine essence of the sacred masculine as you chant the primordial sound of the universe OM or AUM . In this practice we invite the essence of Brahma during the chanting of A- kara (sound vibrations) ; essence of Vishnu during the chanting of U-kara and essence of Shiva/Maheshwara during the chanting of M-kara .
