If you ever feel stuck or panicked, just take a moment to hold space for yourself without judgements. Don’t analyse your situation or even try to control. Just become aware of your breathe and try to deepen your breathing. You’ll notice a sense of calm wash over you almost immediately. I hope these whales have a calming effect over your mind.
