There are more ways to be healthy than eating celery and going to the gym. In this podcast, I discuss the various aspects of health; ranging from exercise and fitness to holistic health approaches and mental wellbeing, all while being a full-time second-year Nutritional Sciences graduate student. I hope to share my experiences as well as colleagues', friends', etc. experiences, on how to live a mindful life - one focused on more than your gym split. Along the way, I make nutritional and physical education easier to digest, so that you don't get lost in the sea of information flowing out there.
