Super helpful and insightful
Love this podcast. I have learned so much about shifting my relationship with food to help maintain long term weight loss. I had already lost a bunch of weight when i started listening to this podcast, but still needed skills to maintain it (which has always been my issue). Highly recommend!

Great advice
I never write reviews for podcasts, but I had to for this one. I’ve been listening for 8 month and Paula’s advice has made such a difference. I lost about 30 pounds. The real change though has been the internal one. I’ve learned to address the cause of my overeating, and the weight loss was a byproduct of that change. Beyond grateful for this podcast and recommend it to anyone who not only wants to lose weight but make a real change in their life.

Amazing Podcast!
I really enjoy listening to this podcast. I discovered it about 3 or so weeks ago and have already listened to most of it - several episodes twice! I’m 7 months postpartum. I gained 25 pounds with my pregnancy and lost 20 within the first 4 weeks after birth. However that last 5 pounds was STUBBORN as heck! I am an avid exerciser (religious 5x per week for the last 19 years). It seemed nothing I was doing would get those last few baby weight pounds to shed. BUUUUT now after three weeks of listening to this podcast and utilizing Paula’s key tips, those last 5 pounds are gone! It’s crazy because I was working SO HARD to lose them for 6 months. I know now my hormones and insulin needed to be put in check. Also, I find Paula’s voice easy to listen to and enjoy her personality, too. Hope more episodes are to come!

Helpful podcast!!
This podcast really tackles the psychology of why we over eat in one situations. And it gives you insight into how to alter that behavior. I have been dieting all of my life as this has been some of the most useful information that I have heard. I am trying to use it to undo years are wrong. I have also been using Noom and this podcast closely mirrors what is encouraged in Noom. I heard about this podcast on a Facebook page for Noom users.

This is a great podcast for weight loss motivation! Paula provides tips and advice on modifying your mindset so you can coach yourself toward your goal weight. Big takeaways from this podcast include approaching weight loss as an act of self-love, understanding how your thoughts and feelings dictate your results, and examining and modifying the thoughts and feelings that lead to overeating. What I really like about Paula’s podcasts is that they are concise and to the point - you don’t have to listen to a lot of filler or chit-chat before you get to the useful nuggets. Highly recommended for busy women looking for weight loss inspiration but who don’t have a lot of time to listen to podcasts.
